About the Role

We are looking for someone with the passion for sales to join the team of this exciting new company to help grow it with our established channel partners along with cultivating new outlets. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and thrive on helping our partners succeed through driving pull through sales, facilitating the onboarding process, and providing market feedback to our development team for further enhancements to the solution.

As the solution is also very flexible, you should also have the ability to look at different business models and have the ability to work with our development team to configure the solution to match the need.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Close new sales and generate new revenue by adding new merchants
  • Work closely with channel partners to solution for merchants to develop a sales pipeline
  • Update prospective activity daily into an online CRM sales management portal
  • As an employee, perform at least eight new or follow-up sales presentations each week, includes training our reseller’s sales associates
  • As an employee, meet and exceed defined weekly/monthly sales quotas
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective merchants as needed in partnership with reseller’s
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective channel partners
  • Use current experience and contacts for networking and expansion
  • Assist with merchant implementation, setup, and training
  • Maintain productive relationships with merchant base
  • Work as a team with managers, support coordinators, and customer service

Minimum Requirements:

  • Three or more years of Inside Sales Or face-to-face sales experience required

    • Outside B2B sales experience preferred

  • Experience selling POS hardware and software is highly desired
  • Relationship-building skills: Capable of building and perpetuating profitable business partnerships and relationships, which promote long-term success
  • Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts over the phone
  • College degree preferred (although not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in the use of an iOS device and or an Android device
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and automobile
  • Submit to a background check that may include criminal, education, employment, and toxicology screening
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in basic mathematical skills
